LifeLabs — Lab Testing Locations (Lower Mainland)

Bring your BC Services Card and lab requisition. Most locations require an appointment — book online or by phone. Statutory holiday hours: ALL LifeLabs Patient Service Centres are CLOSED on New Year's Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, BC Day, Labour Day, National Day for Truth & Reconciliation, Thanksgiving, Remembrance Day, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
