Seniors Connection Program

Aging well, never alone.

Loneliness is the quiet health crisis facing too many Surrey seniors — especially newcomers far from extended family. GSOS builds the kind of weekly connection that keeps minds sharp, bodies moving, and hearts full.

Our seniors program is shaped by seniors themselves. Tea, transportation, technology, advocacy — whatever it takes to help an elder stay independent, connected, and respected in their community.
